Ombre Designs

We decided to use ombre designs for our cocktail event because of their modern and unique sense of design. They had shared 3D renders of how our event would look like but the reality was better than 3D renders and we were very happy with what we got. Would highly recommend using them and allowing them to freedom to design the full event as they seem best. Best of luck to team ombre

We had a great experience working with team Ombre. We hired them for our cocktail and mehandi event and the decor was superb. We contact them very last minute but they managed to deliver way more than we had initially expected.

Hired Ombrè for our wedding decor for all our events in Delhi & Agra. I have to say each and every guest appreciated the decor and detailing done by their team. Everything was very tastefully done and we had a great experience. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. Would recommend them to everyone looking for a quality decorator.

DONT HIRE THEM, - hiring OMBRE DESIGN decor team for our wedding was the worst decision we made. Despite promising a certain decor that aligned with our design specifications, they completely failed to deliver. They were never available for contact on the wedding day and did not even visit the venue on the event day. Kartik Sethi himself never met us after the initial meeting and only sent his workers, showing a lack of commitment to our event. Moreover, the decor provided looked nothing like what was planned, causing us a lot of stress. It felt like they were doing us a favor by agreeing to a price, and their attitude was unprofessional. Kartik Sethi was rude and never available, leaving us feeling unsupported throughout the process. Thankfully, our event planner stepped in last minute to salvage the situation. Kartik Sethi's lack of adjustment and unwillingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction was disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid working with this company to avoid similar stress and disappointment.

DO NOT GO AHEAD. They make family members cry because of how unprofessional and rude they are. Despite not completing the brief they want full payment and harass u for payment before special events. They completely fraud innocent people who are not from the industry. Their photos are fake and they claim to have inventory and in house products but later outsource the things and give u no finishing just products put together. Don’t harass yourself by working with them. The parents are as bad and ruthless as the spoilt kids who will do big talks but zero delivery

DONT repeat the mistake we made. The absolute worst decision for a family wedding. Unprofessional, rude, incessant liars. Here to ruin your big day. Happy to share photos of whay was delivered vs what was asked for and paid for. Zero accountability, zero work ethic and a shodddy job at decor.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They harassed my family and completely tried to spoil everything. We had to book other backups last minute. Please contact m will send you guys photos of what they promise vs deliver 1. They will promise “quality” / “brand name” / “25 years” kind of things to make it all fancy 2. Kartik Sethi will be very sweet and show u the moon initially, only to be a completely different and rude person later 3. Even after spending 30-40 lakhs average 10 lakhs per event - they will say on every small thing that the budget is less 4. They will not pay local vendors who will be after your life at the event 5. They shut off their phone during the event - so no one can call them or their team for issues 6 decor starts just 5-6 hours before the event. Youre constantly told that youre asking things outside of scope, even when it’s included in their ppt I made the biggest mistake by not seeing the reviews earlier. That was the biggest regret i have. They are complete scamstera there’s a reason there is no good review here.

BIGGEST REGRET WAS WORKING WITH THEM! Wish I had seen their reviews earlier. The worst experience and the most disappointing one. They failed to deliver what they promised. The worst is being told that you never discussed the details despite having proper evidence of it. The decor was such a let down. Despite charging a bomb, they didn’t deliver. They sound so convincing and you put in so much trust considering them as professional only to find that they aren’t. No follow up, no accountabilit, nothing . It’s truly heart breaking to have this take place on your big day when you’re left with no choice. Please tread carefully.

Just to inform you we have photo evidence of the actual event decor that is not even close to the scope of work discussed and shown, and as far as dismissing your company is concerned, you people should have just said you are not capable of discussed deliverables, as you were very incapable clearly, i can share the discussed work and the deliverable

They pretend to be very classy and high end but after our experience with them i would like everyone to know that they are nothing but FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS 1. Kartik Sethi the owner of the company promised us a lavish decor, but in the end gave us nothing as promised and still had the audacity to charge full price from us 2. Kavita Sethi his mom the actual owner of the company, stepped in last minute, and assured us the decor as discussed, but she also gave us an "couldn't care less" ignorant wedding decor, also had the audacity to charge us full price, without any apology later SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE AND GO FOR EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL DECORATORS WHO KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB,
