I am surprised to not find more negative reviews here. I attended a wedding in Pushkar that was supposedly managed by them, even though they weren’t available or present for some of the most important functions that they committed to be available for. There are numerous needs that crop up at the time of any ritual. It was pertinent for them or someone from their team available at all times to help the clients with that. They were conveniently not to be seen at the venue to avoid all management tasks. They are, in my opinion, excellent production designers. The setups for each event of the wedding were lovely. Both Pranjal and Praveen were seen clicking timely pictures with all the setups consistently in their crisp attire and leaving the venue immediately to avoid any emergent management problems. At the beginning itself, they created the wedding itinerary which was shared with the guests! Where the resorts check in time was wrong. Hence we saw an immense amount of delay in all the timed rituals. How can a wedding planner get the hotel check in time wrong! They had zero coordination with the resort or with the vendors coming to the wedding. They were supposed to be the one-point contact for all things at the wedding. That’s the JOB! Instead the bride’s father was harassed at all times! and the friends of the bride and groom were at work - getting things done and figuring out solutions when they are supposed to be enjoying the wedding. They were of absolutely NO HELP when the bridal entry was scheduled. They had blank faces even though they PLANNED THE entry. It is surprising to see someone who seemingly has experience with weddings get the basics wrong. What is the point of hiring a team of professionals! Lights management, sound management, decor, the smallest of details that are part of our Indian rituals, catering to the huge crowd of guests and family, to ensure they are present for all the events and ensuring all of that happens on time. There is so much that goes into a wedding. IT IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EVENT. I personally would not recommend them to anyone. They did get the aesthetics decently well but that’s not reason enough to give them the responsibility and the large amount of money for planning and managing an event that is so important and is not going to be repeated.

Choosing our wedding planner was the best decision we made for our dream wedding!
