They duped and cheated my best friends. It was a horrible experience for us so close to the wedding to be harassed regarding the cards availability. They are not open to criticism and have no regards for their customers opinion. Blatantly lying and very unprofessional. If you planning a wedding and looking for them, please DO NOT BOOK THEM.

Deeply disturbing experience for my friends resulting in almost ruining their wedding experience. Monica had closed the deal at a certain price and now she is negotiating with the bride and has delayed her deadline. The bride is already under stress due to this behaviour and as her wedding date is in January itself she is without the design for her invitation cards. Unprofessional behaviour by the owner and repulsive language is being used while discussions. Please read this message again before consulting her.

Disappointment I would rate them 1/10 No client should go through this. Monika and her designer do not understand simple spelling mistakes and thn charges extra money for changes. Feels like they do this purposely to earn more money and on top of that talks rudely with us that we are giving them 1000 changes when it is their job to check the content 1st before sending it ahead. Too expensive for the work she is providing. And she’s never available Too busy doing more important things she says. Won’t recommend this to anyone and I would suggest not to go through this same for other.

Worst Experience If you say you don't care and you have better other work to do thn finishing the present project thn clear it in start. and don't take up so much of you cannot handle the pressure. Learn to listen to your clients point and learn to respond politely. Hanging up the phone in between conversation because you cannot handle your temper is manner less and rude. Don't recommended this person to anyone and this store. Monika be professional and learn to accept your mistakes.

Please don't fall for this scam,a sheer unprofessional and rude behavior towards clients.They asked for advance payment and don't deliver the work as the should have. Very unprofessional way to handle the client!! Monika being the accountable person is not at all client friendly instead she is very rude and having wholesome attitude!! We had sent her the exact details to be placed in the invitee, minor mistakes were been made and when asked she reverted “ I just forward the invitee designed by my interns” This is not the way to approach the client Later she is in a negotiation mode to not to report any comments in return of the invitee inspite to making an advance payment!! Pathetic approach towards client!!

What Can I say about the store invitations I cannot express the happiness I had when I saw the invite being shared with me. I first saw about the store invitation over an Instagram reel while searching out for some invite creators . And out of surprise it was way too much budget friendly. I searched a dozen of digital invite makers before I found a page on Instagram called 'Store invitation' Once I went through their profile/work, I thought I would be charged nothing less than 3k (usual market rate). I gave her a reference invite,instructions and even hand drawn sample yet she kept repeating the mistakes and said " i can't do these many changes" I was already compromising on the design template but she kept on committing mistakes with the content(color, spellings, animation).
