Rating: 0.5 Our experience with Kalpana Mangal from The Blooming Story for our Roka ceremony at the Grand Hyatt was extremely disappointing. The team arrived late, causing us to miss key parts of our event like the cake-cutting and speeches. The decorations provided were far from what was promised—key elements like the corner piece was missing, and the overall setup was poorly executed.The staff also arrived dressed inappropriately for a five-star venue, creating further delays. After paying 100% in advance, we were left feeling taken advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend their services for any important occasion. Please don't fall for their facade.

Very unprofessional and underwhelming. Didn't deliver what they showed and told us. Staff was late and caused difficulties and delays in our functions. Will not recommend it to anyone. Very shoddy job. Save your money and go to some other vendor.
