Very mean and unprofessional people. Ordered a set last year October from them. Made it on order and as requested by me didn’t send me a photo before shipping. When I saw the set, I immediately noticed that earrings were lot smaller than what was shown in the photo and tikka was missing. When requested to fix up the issue, the lady Jazmin Khan became really rude to me and asked me to pay for the shipping for the earrings to and from Australia. It’s been almost 10 months now, I contacted them again and told them that I am in Jaipur and can hand over the earrings but they became rude again and didn’t consider my request. Never got the tikka either. Feeling cheated!! PS Jazmin Khan, you took my money for once but you lost business from me for a lifetime.

Jazmin is a darling, who made me ease at my wedding madness. I'm still due with my wedding in next 2 days but I make sure I try my ordered set which I received dew days back at the estimated time, once a day & see the quality, honesty & masterpiece wrapped & sent to me.
