They assured me of recovering the data promptly, but it's been over 25 days now, and their responses remain vague. Tiasha, Vishal Kurada, and Varun Reddy, the SPOCs, never respond promptly and only offer general replies lacking confidence. I strongly advise against choosing vsnapu for any photoshoot; they are unreliable and neglectful.
