Terrible terrible experience! Please stay away! 0 stars if I could If you want your dream wedding ruined, go with White Reflections. After months of planning, the final appearance of the stage and setups were extremely underwhelming and disappointing. This was after they procured the 80% advance payment from us. The flowers were the dullest I’ve ever seen - looks terrible in our pictures! And flowers were the most expensive thing on our final cost sheet! We could’ve done better going to the market on the morning of the wedding for the flowers. Lot of the elements we’d discussed were no where to be seen. Jenny and her team acknowledged their short comings in the outcome of our events by not meeting the expectations and conveniently said we needn’t pay the remaining amount. We heard nothing but excuses from her side when we asked why several things that were discussed were missing during the events. We don’t believe we received even what would have been 80% of the payment we made. The vision I had for my wedding was ruined and looking at my wedding pictures and videos is doing nothing but bring tears to my eyes. As wedding planners, the team is extremely incapable. We were being asked to review name boards for our events the night before the events! How stressful for us! Not sure whether they were short staffed or what, but the core team is expected to meet expectations and not disappoint the couple. Just seemed like there was absolutely no management/coordination at the wedding. We have friends who had half our budget and had a much more beautiful wedding in terms of the decor and florals!
