If there was a zero rating, I would have given that. We booked the venue for a wedding function in lieu of a booking amount of INR 20.000. We opted for our own catering and were told that it is a perfectly viable option and very much allowed. Ten days prior to the event, the owner Mr. Dennis Ruban went back on the deal and tried to arm twist us into either opting for their catering or pay a sweeping amount for access to the kitchen with bare minimum facilities (two pots for reheating with one attendant). We were told we would have to get all food and snacks pre-cooked and after 12 midnight, we would not be allowed to serve snacks inside the venue. Not just this, Mr. Ruban was extremely rude and abusive with the members of the family who had gone to pay the remaining booking amount as per terms of the booking contract. His tone was derogatory and humiliating and he was not willing to go by the original terms of booking. We had to book another venue at the last moment because of this unprofessional, non-cooperative and rude behaviour of Mr. Dennis Ruban. It was a huge inconvenience for us informing the guests about the last minute change in venue. Totally not recommended for any function. They misappropriated our booking amount too and completely refused to refund even a penny or negotiate any terms despite the total misinformation they served about the terms of service at the time of booking. The most disgusting experience ever. Do not book this venue ever. They have no respect for their clients.

I got my makeup done from her for my sangeet function. I'm very happy with my makeup. She did a flawless job and just as I was expecting my makeup to be. The makeup was no at all cakey and stayed till late. Loved the look. Highly recommended.

We booked this place for my big day. We really had the most incredible time. I would like to thank the whole team for everything they did on the day to make it so special. Everything was simply great. The decoration was beautiful and was exactly the way we wanted. Food was delicious. The whole team managed everything so efficiently and on time. Highly recommended.
