I'm writing this review to share my experience with Blue bay beach resort. I booked this resort to fulfill my dream beach wedding. And I got timely assistance and immediate assistance by Mrs. Tina mam. I'm thoroughly enjoyed each and every moment of my marriage. Overall, the resort environment, rooms and resort location is really easy to access with main road. I'm personally happy with the timely assistance made by Mrs. Tina. And definitely I will book Blue Bay Beach Resort for my upcoming business events too. This is the best place for beach wedding !!!

Exceptional Experience at Bluebay Beach Resort for my family's Thanksgiving Function I recently hosted a Thanksgiving function for my family at Bluebay Beach Resort, and our experience was nothing short of outstanding. Initially, I was apprehensive as I had only visited the resort randomly for an inquiry and had no prior knowledge of their beachfront functions or food. However, the positive reviews I encountered gave me confidence, and they indeed lived up to those expectations. From my first interaction with Tina, I felt assured that we were in good hands. Tina promised that the venue arrangement would be well-managed, and she certainly delivered on that promise. After booking the venue, I did not feel the need to follow up with reminders or check-ins, as I trusted the team’s commitment. This trust was well-placed, as they made impeccable arrangements for the day of our event. Upon arrival at the resort, we were greeted by Sharukhan, who epitomized dedication and tireless effort. He was the perfect host, consistently ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Sharuk’s energy was palpable as he tirelessly managed our needs, ensuring that our experience was positive from start to finish. The food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, was served punctually and was delicious. Even though the number of attendees exceeded our initial estimate and the event was extended until 11 PM, the buffet service team remained patient and attentive, making sure everyone had a great dining experience. My heartfelt thanks to the dining staff for their patience and excellent service. Sharukhan’s commitment to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. At one point, my pastor needed a band-aid, and while I merely inquired about its availability, Sharuk went above and beyond by going outside the resort to buy one. This act, though seemingly small, demonstrated his dedication to fulfilling even the smallest of our needs. His presence throughout the function made everything easier and stress-free. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Tina for appointing such a dedicated individual and for her role as a driving force behind the event’s success. The event organizer, Ajay, and his team, who were recommended by Tina, also deserve commendation. They did a remarkable job with the stage decorations, lighting, sound system, video, and photography, enhancing the overall ambience and ensuring our event was beautifully captured. The resort was perfect for us to keep our reception in the evening. Tina was helpful in every interactions and it was smooth process.

We booked the resort for a multi-day event and it was one of the worst experience one could have. I would never recommend this place to anyone for any event or even for staying. Rooms : Pathetic condition with AC issues, water issues and what not. Service : They do not have enough people and the response rate is very low. One has to call multiple times to really get something done and its still not assured that your job will be done There is a lot of mismanagement every where starting from food taste to different things in the room and one really needs to run behind the management for everything Food : I would not recommend for North Indian whereas they have decent idli vada. The service for food was really bad coming to a point that we had to serve tea and coffee ourselves to the guests as they had no manpower If you have really no choice and have to book this one for an event and you are ready for a bad experience, discuss any and every small details as there is no adjustments in future and they leave no opportunity to loot you for changes in menu or really anything.

Dream Wedding !! I always wanted to have a resort wedding and blue bay resort made it happen and in grand style . No words can be enough for the kind of service they provided . EXCEPTIONAL !! Firstly a big applause for Tina - the manager at blue bay for helping us through the smallest of things . SHe was helpful throughout our interaction and wish her best for everything . SHe helped us like a family member and that's how good the hospitaility was from the whole team of blue bay The rooms were clean , the toiletries as promised , the AC working . The resort boasts of almost 5 to 7 different venues to hold your functions and thanks to Mr. Suresh the general manager advice we decided to book the Main Lawns , The Pavilion area ( in case it rains ) , The Pool side lawn along with the pool , The Restaurant lawn with the , one of the Conference Halls . We were also surprised by the no. of bell boys and security in attendance . Not a single thing got misplaced and the bell boys were courteous and helping . Basically it was a big fat south Indian Brahim Wedding . My family was worried since it's a resort food and non veg or common so for us especially they made entire kitchen as veg based where utensils were only to cook veg Also a special mention to Mr. Vishu who helped us with all the catering as we expected authentic Vegetarian food and we were over whelmed by the detailing and the service . Since the wedding was in beach front main thing is to decorate the resort as best u could , and I thanks to AtoZ event planners Mr Ajay for decorating the resort even more beautiful and helping us to sort all the needs and flowers which ever was requested We would like to thank ms tina and his team for putting up a splendid performance and helping us through the most important phase of life . Some might thick about the price and other things belive me I booked resort for 1 whole day and the cost was affordable and tina helped us to bargain the best Thank You blue bay resort for making it so memorable

I had booked the entire resort for my wedding. Pros * Site Manager Majumdar and Operations Head Tina was very helpful and accommodating with all the requests * Cost Effective Stay * Super Spacious rooms Cons * No wifi - This is so mandatory in times like these. * Geyser was not working in couple of rooms and room service needs to be improved
