We started the snacks service to your guest at 08:00 pm on 13th May'2023 and served your guest dinner from 10:15 pm to 03:30 am, which differs from the trade practice as they all were celebrating in their way and to avoid any conflict, we served them till 03:30 am. • I am forwarding you the CCTV video recording showing the curtsy and hospitality being extended to your guest by Team Geet. Yes, you are correct; we refused to serve dinner at 04:00 am in the morning as the dinner had been laid as per your instructions at 10:15 pm and was being served till 03:30 am. • I find myself to be helpless to please my valuable guest like you. Because I had to ask you to speed up in the morning at 07:15 am on 14th May'2023, CCTV video recording is being forwarded to you for your review. It is beyond the ability of any hospitality provider to serve continuously from 08:00 pm to 07: 15 am the next day. Though at the time of booking, we were informed that the Lavan Phere (Wedding Ceremony) would conclude by 02:00 am. • I am incredibly sorry for the inconvenience caused to you for less than 90 seconds because of the power failure. The auto changeover from the feeder supply to the generator supply takes about a 1 minute time. We will try to reduce this change over time. • When it comes to price, you need to recheck.
