One of the poor hotel I have ever been to. They cheat their customer. I have booked this hotel for my wedding but they were getting more greedy day by day so I have cancelled the party and they are supposed to adjust the amount or give me th refund but they started asking me the more money instead of adjusting my token money. The manager of the hotel is full of shit. He just con people.

I have been working with so many vendors to plan my wedding in India. They all have very supporting and welcoming . But this place provided the worst customer service. It feel like they don’t even care about your party . If I’m planning for 100 people that’s not worth for them . It’s all about money for them . They can think about your wedding if you have tons of people going and they can make money . That shows me how much they care and what kind of service they will provide . Worst customer service

I booked Hotel Gwalior Regency for my Reception.Beautiful hotel. Great location. Nice Hall for wedding reception and great service by servers. Very clean and organized dining arrangements.
