Hyped hotel but the worst customer support. We had booked my in-laws wedding anniversary in this hotel for 150 people. Firstly, on the display board they had put the wrong party hall was displayed and even the receptionist was not aware of the correct party hall details. Luckily, I had reached 30 minutes earlier just to check that everything is fine and found this error. Upon waiting for 10 minutes found the manager who assured that display board would be updated within 5 minutes. This was at 7:10 PM and the party was starting at 7:30, display board was not updated even at 7:45 and finally, it got updated at 8:00 PM. Secondly, we had asked to start serving at 7:30 PM but the serving did not start until 8 and all the counters were not open even at 8. When I went to the chaat counter, they were not ready and he got upset that we were there to eat pani puri as he did not know I was the one who was paying for the whole party. The time he came to know, he came running to call me and apologized for his behavior. From thereon, manager ensured to walk around me so that I would feel comfortable and everything is taken care. We had arranged for DJ at an extra cost with wiFi enabled and when my brother-in-law asked for wiFi password, DJ told that it is a paid service and not for public. Reason behind this behavior is that the DJ did not know that he was my brother-in-law whereas, he thought he was a guest and could be rude. Staff is good towards the person who is paying but behaves rudely towards guests. Rude staff, bad customer support, high in price. Not worth the price.
