Terrible Service The staff was extremely rude and unresponsive. The hall was dirty and poorly maintained. Storage room were fully leaking even for less rain. The management was completely unreliable. They promised certain amenities and services that were never delivered. Our wedding day was chaotic and stressful because of their incompetence. The venue is ridiculously overpriced for what they offer. We expected a lot more for the amount we paid. It's a total rip-off constant electricity issues and it was pretty much evidence that management was doing it on purpose as generator bill needs to paid out of the bill . They were switching off the water service which cannot be tolerated at all. The staff was downright rude to us and our guests. They intensionly do fights and make the environment worst. Beware of hidden fees! They hit us with additional charges after the event that were never discussed beforehand. It felt very dishonest and deceitful. Need to Make sure all agreements are recorded on paper or through audio. Management will fool people at last PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DIRTY AND MONEY MINDED PEOPLE. ITS OUR OWN EXPERIENCE.
