a good location for family gatherings. Brahmins alone. There is no inconvenience of climbing up and down stairs because the dining room and event hall are on the ground floor. rooms and a large mandapam on the first level. Near the dining hall and close to the stage is a modest guest room for people who can't walk stairs. ample parking. However, 300 people or less might fit inside without becoming too crowded.
