We stayed there on 28th Dec 2022. Hotel was taken over by new management in sep 2022, so they didnt know how to run a hotel. Basic amenities were missing, TV not working, Phone extension not working, lights broken, we got one changed by asking for it. Food was good. Wifi only in reception area. No phone signals(which is fine considering its a national park). Lots of mouse droppings in the room, dirty chairs in the room. And the worst thing happened with us that mouse cut our bag. When we raised it, hotel owner took it carelessly and never bothered to compensate for it. Worst experience ever in any hotel.
