My experience at Umrao was very poor. Even on reaching the venue at 5 in the evening their rooms were not prepared. We also had to get a few dishes changed because of their poor taste. The management branch, Rajneesh Bhargava, was very rude and unapologetic. But, where he lacked other hotel management staff made up with their humble attitude. Regardless, I would not recommend Umrao. Their service was of a exceptionally poor quality.

It’s a marathon to deal with staff. No transparency of booking from their side .They are not concerned about their clients,unprofessional behavior with hidden agenda.

I set my eyes on my bridal legenga and in that moment, I knew it’s exactly what I wanted. A subtle pink lehenga for a day time wedding in the hills. Super happy with my decision to wear this lehenga without making a huge dent in my pocket!

Bought my engagement and reception gown from ASIANA and loved the color , design and fitting. It just took an hour for me to finalize my decision. Felt like a princess in a beautiful gown designed by payal keyal.

this place amzing to do your wedding functions here. they are very quick with their service and have a great menu. the decor team is also in-house. in total, they will make your day to be remembered by guests.

Booked it for my engagement function. The staff and the management is rude and would not deliver which they promise. Definitely not a value for money.

It was perfect and the ambience was so good. completely fell in love with everything that was done by them from decoration to catering. My husband was really happy with the decoration and we kept talking about the food for days. I'm so glad we picked them for our wedding day. Also they're quite spacious and our guests fit in very well plus it came under our budget so that was amazing.

The contact person 9810280239 is so rude and uncooperative. Haven’t met a sales person who is such a mannerless lady. She talked over phone 3 times and said she’ll call in 5 min. And fourth time she said I don’t work at umrao stop calling me. I mean didn’t she remember that in first time only? Such a stupid and mannerless lady. Highly disappointed.

it is a beautiful property and the decor done was very pretty. The management was damn nice and understanding.

Ambience is good, with professional staff. Food was not very good, as we had expected. The umrao is not value for money.

The Umrao is lavish to it's true sense. I attended a friend's The decor, the catering and everything else was perfect. It does come with a price tag but it's worth it.

Attended my cousin's wedding here. And man, it was straight out of some bollywood movie. How beautifully decorated it was, so scenic and amazing to be at. Food was no less. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would surely recommend it for celebrations.

Attended my close friend's wedding here (Milap) and the decor was so LAVISH! Never seen anything like this before! If you can't afford those Udaipur kind of weddings, then this is the next best thing which makes you feel like Royalty. The food was pretty good too. So many dishes and all of them were top notch. The hospitality was great too.

Attended my cousin's wedding at The Umrao and it was grand to say the least ! Loved the space (lots and lots of it) and decor to bits. Fellow guests couldn't stop raving about the 'fairytale decor' and scrumptious food. So much variety and some quirky dishes to boot (Idli chaat) A dedicated area for all things mango (it was a summer wedding) mango drinks, desserts and what not. The only thing I could find fault with was the stage. Too high. It was a task for guests to climb up and greet the happy couple. I'm sure the bride would have had trouble with it too with the heavy lehenga.

Attended a wedding at the Umrao. The guests absolutely loved the beautiful architecture of this hotel and the warm Indian hospitality. It has two outdoor venues- Elroy and Courtis both of which are beautiful and are perfect for the large sprawling Indian wedding. It had a huge car park and great cuisine. All in all it provides a magnificent experience.

Umrao has 3 halls, and the one I attended the wedding in was nothing close to the rave reviews I had been hearing about. The decore was a garish turquoise & red, absolutely old fashioned & worn out. It looked dirty. I'm not sure if umrao did the catering as well, but the food was quite sub standard. It did not meet expectations as all, considering it is supposed to be such s lavish venue

It is the place for the most royal wedding...it must be a dream come true for any couple to get married at the venue like umrao...food and ambience is jus amazing..
