I purchase designer shoes from them of standard size I wear in US and the size they listed on their website. When I got it it turned out to be smaller. I asked them to return it. However they charged me $38 for restocking, even when there was no fault of mine. If the manufacturer is creating sizes smaller than what runs according to the standard size, it should be mentioned on their size. Why should a customer pay for the seller mistake? They claim to run the quality control process but what use it is if it didn’t detect the smaller than standard measure of the product.
