I was mesmerised by all the mehendi pictures Kartik had sent me on WhatsApp & put on this app. I chose to go with him over our regular Mehendi artist. And this was my worst decision ever. All the days leading up to the event, he was always available on WhatsApp & call. I made sure while booking that I want Kartik himself to do the Mehendi for me. The day finally came, he stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages & calls. Upon trying via unknown numbers, he finally picked up & sent his team around 4 hours later. His team - they all are very junior artist and just know how to fill the hand in a short time..it’s nowhere close to the designs you show them. Not only was I not disappointed with the Mehendi designs but the Color payoff as well. I tried all hacks but the henna Color did not turn up how it usually does for me. Upon complaining, his main bridal artist Rinku not only behaved rudely but had the audacity to charge the full price for our Mehendi function. Girls- Please do yourself a favour and DON’T BOOK KARTIK MEHENDI ARTIST(Udaipur). Do not fall for the pretty pictures on their page & their sweet lies. To this day, I regret booking him every time I look at my wedding/Mehendi pictures.
