Had the worst experience at Pernia’s Pop Up in Mehrauli, New Delhi. Bought 3 outfits. Alterations are done in a horrible manner. Very poor stitching. The most unhelpful staff. Least bothered about customers in their shop. Very judgemental by nature. Delivery of the lehenga was made in a sack all crumpled up. Dupatta was all crushed. Gown came thrown in a plastic bag. My first and last experience shopping from any of Pernia’s Pop Up stores.
