I worked with Ganesh T. and Riddhi for returning a sherwani to be altered and re-delivered to me before an important event. Ganesh T. was prompt to get me a shipping label and ensuring the product got back for alterations. Ganesh called me to make sure there were no ambiguity with my requirements and made sure the desired measurements made sense with Riddhi. Riddhi did a great job with the alterations and they both made sure I got my sherwani back in time for the event.
