Worst ever experience. I bought set amounting to Rs 8000, 6 months back from Lajpat store. I wore only once for 2 hours and packed it again in transparent bag as guided by them. Post 6 months I took it out for a function and found that all colours were off. I went to their store and they said “ek baar chal gaya na ham to ek baar ki bi guarantee nahi dete”. They told me they will get it polished and will confirm charges post polish and min charges for polish is Rs 2000 and again no guarantee that polish will remain for even 2 days. I have been looted, others please choose to spend your money wisely.
