ONLINE SCAM I purchased an outfit online from their website which was on sale and I received a confirmation email for the same. I visited the store, a day after placing the order and they confirmed that the order has been placed. A week later, I received a WhatsApp message stating that since the item is out of stock, the order will not be completed. It was unexpected and I reached out to the team regarding this issue. I was told that there was a technical glitch, however, I don’t think a client has to be on the receiving end of such inefficiency. The team rejected all requests for order fulfillment or any alternative solutions. The person in charge, Mr. Abhishek Anand was disgustingly rude and my conversation with him didn’t help at all. My concerns were not addressed and he was unreasonably loud at times during the call. Their online sales are a scam or could be a marketing strategy to lure customers to place orders online and then ask them to order fresh pieces on full prices. After confirming orders, they cancel them for petty reasons on their end. This whole ordeal has given me severe distress and wasted my time. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with any designer purchase. I would not recommend it to anyone nor will I ever make any purchase from this brand.
