Extremely disappointed with my experience at VLCC. The service was subpar, the staff seemed disinterested, and the facilities were unhygienic. The treatments promised results that were far from delivered, and the products used felt cheap and ineffective. To top it off, the customer service was abysmal, with no effort made to rectify the situation or even acknowledge the dissatisfaction. Definitely won't be returning or recommending to anyone.
