I booked this venue for my big day. Everything was well managed. The team worked with us to create something that fit into our budget, giving us multiple options and never pressured into something we felt uncomfortable with. The decoration on my big day was perfect and it looked really beautiful. Food was really delicious. Staff were really polite and attentive to the details. Our guest felt really comfortable and welcomed. I would like to thank them for making it so special. Recommended

Attended a small function in King Arthur not too long ago, the location is good for people in Gurgaon- liked the food and the decor and not expensive as well, keep it up Fortune team!

As per the vendor list provided to us by Mr. Aditya Bhandari we were bound to select 1 of the given 5 vendors for decor. We had to move forward with Mr. Manish Thakur from Naam events as he was the only responsive person from the vendor list! But the experience with Mr. Manish Thakur was the worst one could expect after paying a hefty amount. Mr. Manish Thakur From Naam events and design would promise something and deliver something else altogether. To maximize his profits he would go to any limit and not deliver the decided elements also. He will throughout claim that he is the most professional person on the vendor list but it was my biggest mistake that I hired his team for the decoration of my sister's wedding venue. Not only did he conveniently remove a lot of the promised elements from the decided front entrance theme, but the elements which were delivered were also without any finesse. The draping work in the Vedi setup had a very prominent hole and the backdrop of the Vedi was not aligned at all & as various other things! In spite of letting him know that he deviated from his promises, this man with no ethics did not agree to his mistake! He was through-out absent from the venue and his own coordinator accepted that the promises were not fulfilled! Still, no action was taken. He promised us that mixed flowers would be used across the venue which would have fresh flowers at eye-level places that are approachable to be touched by hand. Apart from the centerpieces, all places were having fake flowers! I will certainly not recommend such a man without any morals and ethics to be trusted with any work. My experience with Mr. Aditya Bhandari was also not great as this person was least bothered and least interested in helping with our queries and issues. Mr. Bhandari conveniently changed the backend Chat vendor without even consulting with us nor did he bother to inform us of the same. At the time of booking it was told to us that RTW would be the chat vendor. Also while we were finalizing the menu at that moment as well it was conveyed that RTW is booked but instead some other vendor magically appeared. Mr. Bhandari was only interested in the chat and DJ setup as that was being organized separately by him as this was direct payment. He was misguiding us in a few things, especially the wash and change room. But I would highly appreciate a lot of other people like Mr. Mukesh and Mr. Sandeep's Team from the banquet department, Mr. Abhishek from the sales team, Chef Deepak & Chef Bhavesh who worked and guided us towards a successful event even after the major goof up done by Mr. Manish Thakur (decorator). In all the venue is good only if you can avoid these two people!!

Every wedding's centrepiece is often thought to be the cuisine. MR. Bhavesh and his team did a fantastic job of giving that. Mr. Mukesh and Ajay were of considerable assistance in running things on the ground. Additionally, kudos to Ashwini for making a big deal out of it.

amazing services and excellent cuisine. Shiv, who is a really kind guy, was working at the front desk. I have nothing to lack thanks to him. He never turned me down when I phoned for something, and he always greeted me politely. The staff is also very helpful. Thank you to the Radisson crew for a wonderful stay.

"We had scheduled a wedding and reception on April 22 at this Radisson resort. The entire software was completed in less than 10 days due to a rush-rush process. Especially considering that there was minimal prep time, we were really concerned about everything happening as planned. The hotel personnel went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. They handled every single detail of the situation with the utmost professionalism. On the same day, we scheduled three events. Even though there were delays on our end, hotel personnel worked around the clock to ensure that everything was ready on time and that guests had access to the amenities at all times.

Raddison can always be trusted. I have attended many weddings from this hotel. Just go for it.

Radisson,Gurgaon was the venue for our wedding. It's a beautiful venue and they they enhanced its beauty by decorating it so beautifully. We absolutely loved the decor and also the food. It's a really good venue to host small and large gatherings. Highly recommended.

Our engagement ceremony was hosted at Radisson, Gurgaon. First thing we noticed after entering was decoration, it was amazing. Food and services were excellent too and the staff was cordial and helping. All our guests liked the venue and their service a lot. It was beyond our expectations. We got the best deal under our budget. Thanks a lot, team Radisson!! :)
